Unworn, unwashed items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, with tags where applicable.
How
- Email hello@localshateme.com with your order number and what you need.
- You get return instructions back — don't ship anything before that.
- Refunds go to the original payment method once the item arrives.
Exceptions
- Stickers, magnets, and other small trinkets aren't returnable unless they arrived damaged.
- Final-sale and limited-drop items are marked on the product page.
- Defective or misprinted items are replaced, not returned — keep the original.
